I can tweak the plan as needed and can increase difficulty as you progress and get fitter and stronger, helping you overcome any hurdles that may arise. These sessions are a great opportunity to have 1 to 1 coaching from myself on your progress and can help to refine form, progressively overload exercises or just give general support where needed in real time.
